Jon Goldberg

Mr. Goldberg's career has been focused on real estate investing. At Gramercy Property Group, a Manhattan based real estate developer and investor which he founded, Mr. Goldberg invested in or developed over $100MM of commercial properties. Mr. Goldberg's responsibilities spanned all aspects of the acquisitions process, from sourcing, to underwriting and financing each transaction.

Prior to Gramercy, he spent nine years investing in commercial real estate for three Wall Street firms. At Credit Suisse First Boston, he financed over $1Bn of commercial and multifamily properties throughout the U.S. At Goldman Sachs he acquired portfolios of distressed real estate assets for the Whitehall Street series of funds. At Merrill Lynch, he raised equity in the capital markets for public and private REITs.

Mr. Goldberg graduated from Tufts University magna cum laude and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
