Steve Franck

Steve Franck brings more than 15 years of capital markets and investment banking experience in valuing businesses, investing, raising capital and restructuring. Uniquely, he also has another 15 years of hands-on management experience in high technology start-ups, heavy industrial manufacturing, operations, engineering and contracting for complex, high-risk applications.

Mr Franck has considerable capital raising and financing experience, across several industry sectors including a direct role in IPO.s as lead analyst; private equity; M&A; convertible debt; LBO and HY transactions.

Mr Franck has led the execution of several high profile restructurings in Europe with Alvarez & Marsal, worked for 10+ years at Morgan Stanley in New York and London, at BNP Paribas in London and was part of the team leading the restructuring of Lehman Brothers, Austrian, Greek and Cypriot banks.

Prior to embarking on a career in Finance, Mr. Franck served in the US Navy where, after several operational flying tours, he was one of only 395 officers (out of 69,000) to be selected as an Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer (AEDO), providing technical program management for Naval Aviation and Space Systems. Whilst serving the US Navy, Mr. Franck.s roles included Director of Planning and Operations of Pacific Rim aircraft repair facilities, 2300+ flight hours in patrol (P-3C) and carrier tactical (EA-6B) aircraft and service at the White House.

Mr. Franck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, a Masters of Science degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, and also in the Management of Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
